Any successful business knows the importance of providing good customer outcomes and of course the level of future business and referrals that this can generate. Judge Service is a massive part of that for us, as it allows us to not only establish the customers feelings regarding their experience after their whole transaction, but to also pin-point specific key areas that we wish to focus on by having control of specific questions that are important to us as a business. The portal is extremely user-friendly and allows us to drill down in specific areas are on a particular employee for the purpose of performance reviews etc. It allows us to establish what areas we haven't presented ourselves in our best light for whatever reason and gives us the opportunity to make the adjustments necessary to get the business or individual back on the correct path. I work very closely with our Account Executive Hattie, who is extremely on the ball and never fails to make us feel a priority. In addition to carrying out my own group review, Hattie sends outs monthly reviews and identifies areas of specific achievement or under achievement. This is extremely useful as on occasion, Hattie has identified any area that I have missed and we have been able to implement the changes required. Quite often, in the rare event of a poor survey coming back to us, it has been identified BEFORE the manufacturer survey has been sent which allows us the opportunity to rectify any customer concerns prior to the Manufacturers survey being dispatched and prevents us from financial penalty from that manufacturer having already resolved the customers concerns. Like any system, the Judge Survey platform is only as good as the information you put into it and of course the way you handle the feedback from the surveys you receive."
