The experience at Wessex Cardiff Penarth Road was fantastic because all staff were so welcoming and friendly. Everything about the purchase was made very clear from the start, but I was in no way made to feel under pressure. I wasn’t rushed into any decision and everything I asked for to help my decision, including test-driving several vehicles and seeing vehicles of all colours in order to choose, was facilitated quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Jonathan, the sales representative, was so friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. He was a pleasure to deal with. Finally, I absolutely love my new car. It’s beautiful.
