Vertu Motors plc is one of the largest automotive retailer groups in the UK, with a network of over 200 dealerships spread across England and Scotland, which operate predominantly under the Bristol Street Motors, Vertu and Macklin Motors brand names. Vertu was established in November 2006 with the strategy to consolidate the UK motor retail sector, with the intention to acquire motor retail operations to grow a scaled dealership group. The Group currently operates 195 franchised sales outlets and 3 non-franchised sales operations from 153 locations across the UK. Vertu offers new and used vehicle sales, in addition to aftercare services and repairs, plus parts and accessory sales. Vertu's Mission Statement is to "deliver an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust".

I would not recommend Bristol Street Motors Skoda Aylesbury because it was very hard to contact the people dealing with the sale.The salesman dealing with my purchase misinformed me on various occasions.For example when I test drove the vehicle the low fuel warning light was on, very unprofessional to sell a car like this.When I pointed this out to the salesman he said " We wouldn't let you drive away with no fuel, we will put some in" He gave me the strong impression that Skoda Aylesbury would be paying for the fuel, not the case he charged me for it on the invoice. Also I was on a tight schedule to pay for and pick the car up, so I explained to the branch manager and salesman to inform me immediately when the payment for the car was completed.They never let me know and I had to constantly phone them to confirm payment was complete.When I say constantly they were never available to answer my call.The salesman did not seem to know much about the vehicle, for example I asked if the boot could be unlocked and spring open on the key fob, he said it unlocks but does not spring open you have to manually lift boot up, incorrect it does unlock and spring open, you merely have to hold button on key fob down.I have subsequently informed the salesman that the torch and umbrella that comes with the vehicle was missing.I will post them to you he said, I am still waiting, given the apathy of those concerned I am not very hopeful of receiving these items.So in summary I like the car but was not impressed with the service from Skoda Aylesbury, I bought the car in spite of the service from Skoda Aylesbury not because of the service.

I was pleased with Bristol Street Motors Skoda Aylesbury and would recommend them because I received a great attitude from Bristol Street Motors Skoda Aylesbury's staff especially from Dan Teasdale My Sales Advisor, my English is not good he did so that I understand everything that interests me for the car and all the documents. I'd recommend Bristol St Motors, customer service was good, car is great. The only disappointment was to be told after we purchased the car that there was only one key! When questioned we were told “ it wasn’t advertised with 2 keys” my response was that equally it wasn’t advertised with one key either! No offer to off set the cost of a spare key….Always ask the question before buying. My spare key has cost me the best part of £200.

I would not recommend Ducati Sunderland because I’ve waited almost 2 months for delivery they ordered a part for my bike in august it still has not arrived I’ve lost 2 months road tax I’ve lost 1 months mot I’ve lost 2 months warranty I’ve called nobody gets back to me personally I would appreciate my money back an apology and definitely I would never buy or recommend this dealership it’s been a rubbish exsperiance I’ve bought many Ducati motorcycles before I’ve never had this kind of treatment if they couldn’t get the part they should never of took payment I would of gone elsewhere. Terrible experience

I was very happy with the service I received at Jeep Beaconsfield. There were a few small issues with the car which have been sorted promptly. I did not feel pressured into buying and felt that the team were helpful and communicative. I was particularly impressed with the service I received from Eliot Stevens. Eliot was extremely helpful, genuine and a pleasure to deal with. My experience with him versus other dealers is what made me decide to buy the car. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to others.
