I had a great experience at SERE Motors Belfast because I was happy with the service at SERE Motors Belfast because as soon as I walked in I was approached by a member of staff named Pearce who welcomed me in and asked what I was looking for. I told him that my money was locked in for a few more weeks and I wanted to see what would possibly be available for the amount I had. He showed me around various vehicles and that gave me a better idea of what I wanted. Pearce phoned me a few weeks later to see how I was getting on and told me he had a car arriving in a few days that might suit me. A few days later, my wife Brenda was diagnosed with cancer and I needed to put everything in my life on hold. Pearce understood and said he would be there if I ever needed to talk. A few weeks later I called in and Pearce came straight over, got me a coffee, gave me a seat and asked how things were going with my wife. I apologised for offloading my problems onto him. Pearce continued listening without once mentioning a car. I felt more relaxed on leaving and told Pearce that I would definitely come back to him, which I did and now I'm all sorted with a lovely Arona, thanks to Pearce. He wished myself and my wife all the best for future and to call in any time. If I was giving out University degrees on how to talk, listen and deal with people, Pearce would get a First class Honours. Happy Christmas everyone at SERE. Thank you, David
