SERE is an award winning family run business which has been in the motor trade for 25 years and now operate from their sites in Belfast and Lisburn in Northern Ireland. They represent a number of brands including Mitsubishi, MG, Ssangyong and SEAT in new and used car models. In addition to sales, their dealerships also offer assistance to those customers who are looking for Aftersales services including servicing, MOTs, repairs and parts, to ensure their vehicle is kept in premium condition. They also have staff who can offer help with Motability, leasing, finance and fleet and business customers.

As well as their dealerships, SERE also operate SERE Used Car Supermarket with two showrooms based in Belfast and Lisburn. Across these sites, they have over 800 quality used vehicles in stock and are seen as Northern Ireland’s leading car supermarket.

SERE Motors Belfast were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the.sale rep had time to chat without making me feel pressured and was on hand to answer my questions and offer me a test drive. I'd definitely recommend SERE Motors Lisburn because of the attitude displayed by Sales Executive Andrew Matthews. From the very first contact with Andrew he guided my wife and I through the various stock options, helped us pick the correct vehicle for us, explained everything in detail and made us feel very comfortable. Andrew was very efficient and professional dealing with any queries or issues that we had right up until car collection day and beyond. I have to specifically praise Andrews proactive attitude as when he understood what we wanted he went out of his way to make this happen for us. No questions or queries caused Andrew a problem. Genuinely couldn't recommend Andrew at SERE Lisburn enough.

The experience at SERE Motors Lisburn was great because Andrew was a true professional. Not overbearing, but very helpful, also had a vast knowledge of the 3 vehicles I test drove. I also think he went the extra mile for me. There was an issue with a dent repair and touch up, that in my opinion wasn't done very well. Andrew and I had a discussion which he has chased up and hopefully this has resulted in it being put to bed. It was the only blip in my purchase. I would definitely consider SERE for my next purchase and would be delighted if Andrew would be my sales advisor in the future. I will be recommending him to friends and family.
