Send Your Customer Data
Send your customer data to JudgeService. (Don’t worry we are 100% GDPR compliant!)
We can help with extracting the data too.
Step 2:
We Will Contact Your Customers
We will contact the customer by email or a text inviting them to fill out your customer satisfaction survey.
We’ll even give them a friendly phone call if you prefer!
Step 3:
Customer Fills Out Survey
The customer then fills out our simple and easy industry specific survey – this data then automatically feeds into our database and your personal JudgeService Portal.
Step 4:
Reply to Your Customers
Reply to your customers! – Dealers have the right to reply to any reviews, good or bad. It’s best to do this in a timely manner, so look out for handy notification letting you know when a new review has been left!
Step 5:
View Your Performance
View your performance! – Log into your JudgeService Portal to view how you are performing and get that all important customer insight to help identify where you need to train your team!
