My experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Solihull could have been better because I wasn't kept informed of the progress, I had to call up to see if my car was ready. Once again an issue wasn't resolved, I was told the first time I'd get a call to rebook, 1 year later never happened. Car hadn't been cleaned on collection
I asked while they had the car for the day if they could delete the previous owner’s sat navigation destinations they said they could not as it would have to have a factory reset.I had to bring the car back and Matt ikin sorted it out in two minutes and no factory reset required maybe more staff training is required.
Johnsons Volkswagen Solihull were fantastic because they made me feel like a customer and treated me with respect and dignity,simple stuff to expect but not always delivered by many dealers
My experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Solihull could have been better because after coming away from there and driving to essex i have the oil warning light on indicating to much oil in the engine , so i need to come back to get this addressed
