The experience at Volkswagen Van Centre ran smoothly, staff were friendly and kept me up to date on the service status whilst I waited.

Volkswagen Van Centre Liverpool were fantastic because . I have learned over the years you get what you pay for. With VW the quality of workmanship is 2nd to none. Always managed to solve the problems on my vehicle.

Have already emailed the garage (although haven’t had a reply) because I was so impressed with the guy who I dealt with on reception who is a credit to your organisation, think his name was Sonny. Bit surprised I didn’t get an acknowledgment of the email I sent to the garage but perhaps it got lost in the ether

Only criticism I’d have is that it was a bit chaotic trying to find somewhere to park up prior to going to reception
Really pleased though and won’t be going anywhere else from now on
