I would not recommend Preston Audi because the after service is not good. I asked for a car while mine was in for a service and just git a blunt non avalable. My car has a management light warning that is intermittant and told you could not find any fault. A paid for two new tyres to be fitted and then told you could not carryout the work that day, so had to cancel but now waiting for the money to be returned to my account.

The staff are polite and efficient; the car service was completed on time and returned washed and vacuumed; good communication from the service team. The Audi premises are clean and one can get a cup of coffee.
