The staff at Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham were good however, I was called on the evening before advising me that the curtesy car is not available. This did not meet my needs.
I was happy with the service at Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham because The person who picked my notability vehicle was extremely judgemental, just because I was having a bad mobility day and was struck move as quickly as he wanted was not my fault. Also because my car was parked on my driveway by shambles does not mean the car has not been moved and to tell me that if the car would not start he wouldn't take it when there was no issue what so ever with the car starting or moving . I felt he did not understand Disabled people and their issues. I do not need someone to tell me they do not vaccine vehicles, especially when it did not need it. I felt ashamed of myself from his attitude and could not face him when car was returned. Instead of calling me on the phone he went to my menial luckily is my sister and told her he had posted key and paperwork in my post box.
The experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Birmingham was great because all the stuff there are extremely polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure my needs are met.
