THE FIRST TIME WE TOOK THE CAR IN WE WERE TOLD THE WIPER BLADES WOULD BE CHANGED, I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK AS THEY WERE NOT. THE COOLANT RESERVOIR CAP WAS LEFT OFF - WE WERE LUCKY NOT TO LOSE IT. TOLD THAT A FUEL SENSOR WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED REPLACING AND WHEN THE CAR WENT BACK THEY FOUND IT WAS ONLY DAMAGED CONTACTS THAT WERE THEN REPAIRED. POOR SERVICE ALTOGETHER REALLY
