We have an electric vehicle purchased from Swansway a year ago with a service plan. The. Ar was booked in for out first service and when we collected the car post service we were incredibly disappointed to find a battery health check was not carried out. When we asked about the battery health it became apparent this was because we had not requested it. We purchased a service plan and expected that to be part of ias this is in our opinion the most important and relative metric to monitor on an electric vehicle. We were also offered a car wash when we dropped off the car but this wasn’t carried out either. Very dissatisfied and will look to use an alternative for the next service.

They mentioned that they offered to bring your vehicle back into the workshop to perform this check. They will also look into why your vehicle was not washed. I'd recommend Swansway Chester Peugeot to anyone because the staff are extremely polite and friendly I was dealt with by molly who has been so helpful and friendly. I would like to say a massive thankyou to all the team but especially molly and Ian my car is like brand new and I will be booking my car into swansway for any future work as I'm always made to feel welcome the repairs are done extremely quickly and ino that by having it done at swansway my car is in safe hands
I'd recommend Swansway Chester Peugeot to a friend because on arrival reception were very welcoming and made sure i was comfortable with a drink of my choice and on my return to collect my car even remembered my name service reception were very helpful and took time to explain things, engineers treated my car as if it was their own, so very pleased with the service I received.
