Snows SEAT Southampton

Snows SEAT Southampton were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they have always been open and honest, on this occasion they have been unable to fix the fault as it is a known issue with Seat and as yet there is no fix for the issue. So Snows have done everything they can at this time and the issue still sits with Seat to resolve!

My experience at Snows SEAT Southampton was positive because I was able to get the service that I want.

I would have liked the opportunity to have been able to arrange a courtesy car. Three weeks previously I had a repair done by another garage and I was able to arrange a courtesy car without difficulty which I used for nine days. Apparently with your system I am too old!

However I would have appreciated my car being returned clean inside and out as I had to wait 2 days for the repair. They did deliver the car back to me in the end.

My experience at Snows SEAT Southampton could have been better because I took my Arona in with five faults and it was returned with the same five faults. One fault was supposedly fixed but was still there the next day. I was then told that SEAT were aware of this particular problem but were not going to do anything about it! Utter rubbish after sales by SEAT.
