My experience at Pentagon Manchester Eccles could have been better because I booked the car service on line, had great difficulty getting my vx driver discount deducted from quote. Took car on agreed day to be told at dealers that it was booked in two days hence, total waste of a morning and 20 miles of diesel. Then during the service I was informed that the coolant and brake fluid should be changed at extra cost. Why? If these need doing then they should be part of the service not extras. The final advisory was that I should be carrying a container of oil in the boot, also an extra cost, just in case!!!!
So if you had received this service would you be happy? ..... Bring back Grimshaws who I bought the car from.
