My experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Solihull could have been better because they sent it back without resetting service so now everytime I get in or out it beeps to say service required. It was driven back by one of your drivers and he just ignored it. Could have told garage staff it had not been reset. No video of service/MOT. No emissions certificate. No evidence anything was done.
I'd definitely recommend Johnsons Volkswagen Solihull because they are proficient and professional without forgetting to show there humannside.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have an ongoing issue with my car which nobody wants to deal with. I think the issue with my car is an easy fix which makes the situation worse.
Every time I ask for help nobody is interested and when they offer to call back they never do. I’ve had to go to other garages for help even though my car is under warranty. It’s obvious to me Johnson’s are only interested in selling the car and servicing it for extortionate prices.
When I bought the car I felt safe due to all the staff being friendly and professional and the showroom being nice and modern but this is all a front to sell you the car. My car is great apart from the minor issue I have with it and I can’t wait to finish my service plan and warranty so I can cut all ties with Johnson’s Solihull.
