Johnsons Skoda Liverpool were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they kept me informed of what was happening with my car and recommended some work that needed doing but didn’t pressurise me into getting it done. I will go back there in the future definitely. Special thanks to Matt for being so helpful.
My experience at Johnsons Skoda Liverpool could have been better because I have had the car in for the same job twice now and the fault is still there. The first time the answer was "we don't know what is causing it". They haven't even taken the door card off to check why the window is faulty, seems they don't like doing warranty work? I was given a courtesy car and told there was half a tank of fuel in it and to return it with the same, it was below quarter full?! The car also had no screenwash in it, which is a legal requirement, I was told, "oh we only check that on a weekend"...... what about in winter when it's required all the time??!!
I was called to say the car was ready, when I arrived I had to wait for them to do the paperwork, which surely should have been done before I arrived?
The worst main dealer I have ever had to deal with. I'd rather drive further to Wigan next time to get a better level of service
