Johnsons Mazda Swindon

I was generally satisfied with the work to service my car. My experience at Johnsons Mazda Swindon could have been better because I was not told that my car would not be washed and cleaned, which has been a regular and complimentary part of the service for years with this and many other dealers. It was only after I came to collect the car that I was told it was not washed and the customer agent pointed to a sign hidden behind a computer monitor that Johnsons Mazda has a scheme to contribute to a tree planting scheme instead of washing the car. This was not explained to me, neither at the time when I booked the service nor when I brought the car in. I suggest take up of this scheme should be optional and the customer should have the choice to opt out and be offered the usual complimentary service, as other main dealer garages do.

I was pleased with Johnsons Mazda Swindon and would recommend them because easy booking, easy to get dropped and sorted and lovely staff!

Johnsons Mazda Swindon were great because they contacted me to book the service, arranged a pick up ( Motability car) and kept me informed. Excellent all round.
