My experience at Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool could have been better because I have had to go three times and only for a lovely girl called Amy otherwise you would’ve had a massive complaint as the first time it came in. They did the little bits but not what I originally came in for the gentleman who served me hasn’t got a clue what he’s doing was a bit off because he was under pressure asked whether I would sit there and wait because I booked a service car and there wasn’t one there for me that was the first time and I said no the second time was sort of my fault because you couldn’t ensure me to drive a courtesy car even though I’ve got told there was one there when I got there there wasn’t one there anyway the third time you meant to come and pick the car up you didn’t turn up said it wasn’t booked in and then this very nice young lady called Amy rang me and said I’m really sorry it was booked in. Can I arrange to come and get your car and get it done? They did the general service and I’m waiting for a part to come in. It has been over a week and I still haven’t had anything no phone call nothing to go book it back in. In the service department, you need to get someone better in there the service was appalling and only for its mobility. I would’ve gone somewhere else to get it done.

My EV car couldn’t be charged and I had visited 3 times but the issue still couldn’t be solved:
1st time : CS said technician did the services only but the diagnostic inspection not stated in the job card so they didn’t check it;
2nd time : Diagnostic inspection done and claimed new parts needed to be ordered;
3rd time : call received confirm the parts was in stock but when I arrived, the parts was yet delivered. After that, no further updates for parts received up to this moment. Does it make sense to request a car that couldn’t be charged to visit 3 times but still not fixed the issue?
Besides, I’ve continued requesting a services report to know what had been done but it is still outstanding.

The experience at Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool was great because service was carried out as promised. The car was also washed and valeted - a big plus. Only downside, asked for a courtesy car, weeks in advance of scheduled work, and then failed to deliver on the day.
