Johnsons Hyundai Sutton Coldfield were great because they saved me money, I was quoted an incorrect price at head office, and Sutton branch rectified the original quote, I do not like dealing with your head office.

I would not recommend Johnsons Hyundai Sutton Coldfield because I went to get the missing locking nut, which had been left off at the service. Service engineer said he didn't take the wheel off! So this makes me question what works were actually done as we didn't get a checklist of works. When we went to collect the missing nut, the had my new new bag of nuts out of the glove box and only gave 2 back. The response was because we had new locking nuts he didn't think we needed them. He forgot about the space saver!
