My experience at Johnsons Hyundai Sutton Coldfield was fantastic. I have a Motability Car that needed service. I tried for 2 months to contact my local dealership with no luck. As a deaf person I simply could not call. This dealership was the next closest one to me and I dropped an email explaining I needed service. They responded quickly and able to book me in quickly and efficiently and were able to adjust to my communication needs. On the day I dropped my car off and was told a time to come back. The car was ready at the time I was told and was pleasently surprised to see it was cleaned for me as well which was much appreciated! They were fantastic and let me know if there were any issues and I appreciated the time they took.

Johnsons Hyundai Sutton Coldfield were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they collected my vehicle from home, carried out a 2nd year service and returned it washed with service documents. Very friendly efficient service.

I'd suggest Johnsons Hyundai Sutton Coldfield to a friend because friendly and job done.
However I have recently heard that Johnson’s Hyundai will not be offering wash and vac after service. This is disappointing. Wash and vac post service is an essential part of the service.
