My car went in for a service and mot. I also asked them to look at an exhaust knock that was coming from the N/S rear. My car was booked in at 8.30 at 11 30 I had to go and ask the service advisor if my car was ready as I could see it was parked up. He came back and said if was gave me my car key and mot certificate but no other paperwork. I received an email shortly after and I asked about the missing service paper work and was sent the invoice but no health check paperwork and no video which I had had on previous visits to Hyundai Liverpool My experience at Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool could have been better because
I would not recommend Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool because car went for a service and the dreaded GPF filter twice,courtesy car was dirty in and out and the petrol light was on saying 2 miles left,also the non existent car park,terrible trying to find a space..
Nothing personal, I just do not do recommendations.
