Westover Land Rover Salisbury wasn’t able to complete the work, I am awaiting a recall, and they weren’t able to valet the car which was disappointing, they have said they will do it on the next visit.
My experience at Westover Land Rover Salisbury could have been better because they wanted my car and talked me in to an upgrade. Having done that I had to insist on a loan car until mine arrived (which I still hadn't seen). Went to collect it after more than 2 weeks to find it hadn't been cleaned. Was promised numerous calls which never materialised. Went to collect it eventually (today) and the poor man on reception who was being nice and chatty with me was told off in front of me for talking too much!!!!
I would not recommend Westover Land Rover Salisbury due to poor communication and dishonest staff (arguably fraudulent). A very poor customer service experience, in dramatic contrast to the good impression made during the initial sale.
