I'd endorse Wessex Cardiff Penarth Road because the whole experience has been hassle-free and straightforward. Ben Westerman was absolutely brilliant, he explained the process thoroughly, talked me through the paperwork that needed to be signed, presented options for additional service and insurance, was helpful throughout the whole experience. Even when I changed my mind as to the delivery date he handled everything with ease and ensured there were no delays. I was pleased with the standard of the delivered car and would definitely recommend Ben.

I would not recommend Wessex Garages Kia Bristol because. I bought the Kia Niro via distant online sale, but on receiving it, there was cosmetic and mechanical issue. I contacted the sales person multiple times via email but received no reply whatsoever. I trusted the Kia assured car brand, hence went for the online sale. I am very disappointed the number of problem I found with this particular car, I don’t trust the supposed checks has been carried out with this car, and even more disappointed my emails had been completely ignored. These problem are still not resolved even now

Wessex Garages Kia Cardiff were great because I have yet again had fantastic service from them in choosing my next car. Thomas Pritchard was friendly, informative and enthusiastic about Kia, but didn't make me feel pushed or oversold at any time. Throughout the process I have been well looked after, and am loving my next kia car! The service department is excellent also, I have only used them for the last 7 years and wouldn't change this.
