I’d like to shout out the salesman who sold me the car specifically. He was super helpful throughout but what really stood out was how he stayed behind after the official closing time to handover my car to me as I was running late to make our original appointment. It was a massive help and his commitment to helping me settle into the car and in explaining the car’s features so thoroughly was very professional and showed a strong dedication to customer service.
It’s not often you see such great customer service and this one example really stands out so I’d like to say a massive shout out to Henry Smyth at BYD Crewe for his awesome work.
Bonus point is that car is lovely too so that helps.
