Made contact with Blackburn Audi and ended up dealing with James Whiteside who was pleasant to speak to as we negotiated a deal.
Everything ran smoothly from start to finish although I was surprised to see the red stitching on the steering wheel and seats as it wasn’t on the spec as per previous emails. Luckily however my wife liked it so that’s all that matters.
The only thing I’m really disappointed with is the quality of the Sonos sound system. I’ve tried adjusting the settings several times and I’m struggling to hear any quality sound. My previous Q3 had a Bang & Olufsen sound system which was far superior. It would be good to talk to an expert to see if there is an issue with the car to see if I’m missing something!

I'd recommend BYD Stoke because firstly the staff (especially Eva) are extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were met with a very warm smile from Eva who answered all our questions, and then were given a date and time for a test run. We felt comfortable placing our order (through Mobility) back in October, and were fully updated right up to when we took delivery. We were then shown around the vehicle and shown all the features (again by Eva). We were not treated any differently to anyone buying this vehicle through normal channels than through the mobility scheme, and believe me this is not always the case. First class from initial contact right through to delivery.
