I would not recommend BYD Chester because I had agreed a price for my car. I’m joining a new company and the company are paying for the car. The salesman had confirmed the price and I had order accepted from BYD. The new company had also confirmed the order with BYD. On Monday of this week I had a phone call from the sales person saying that a car was offered on the price agreed providing that the sale was in October. This was never discussed. I explained at the very start I wanted the car to be delivered and ready for the 6th of November. I wrote to BYD Chester explaining nine points that were not agreed or had misgivings. I received a reply stating that the price would be honoured for delivery on the 6th of November. On Tuesday afternoon I was requested a deposit of £1000 and a link was sent to me. I picked this up and sent it to my new company on Wednesday morning. Obviously as a business you’re dependent on personnel being available to complete such a transaction. I received an email on Thursday morning saying that the car had been sold to another party on Wednesday afternoon. On querying this with the sales manager I was told the sale is not a sale on holiday deposit is paid. I had been given less than 24 hours to arrange a deposit. Service very unsatisfactory.

I recently purchased a used Audi Q6 e-tron from Audi Carlisle, with Patryk looking after me throughout the process.
From start to finish, Patryk was excellent. As I was travelling from Northern Ireland to collect the car, it was particularly important that everything was organised and ready before I arrived. Patryk made the entire process straightforward and stress-free, even going out of his way to pick me up from the train station.
Before collection, he also took the time to send me several videos of the car, showing both the interior and exterior from different angles and the paintwork in different lighting conditions. This was especially helpful when buying a car from a distance.
On collection day, Patryk gave me a thorough walkthrough of the car’s features and setup, and even fitted my all-weather mats before I left.
