My experience at Perrys Aylesbury Commercial Centre could have been better because vehicle not prep properly stickers on windows Scratch on bodywork, more mileage than quoted when offered to purchase. Locking Wheel nut missing, unsure whether replacement ordered Noted missing before leaving Perry's & even though question asked since.

I would not recommend Perrys Aylesbury Ford because the customer service was very poor. They knew I was coming to pick up the car, they assured me by mail and phone that the car was ready to take but the car wasn't even clean. They were not helpful at all, a bit rude, I asked to see the manager but it made the situation worse. I was basically told they sold so many cars per month so they didn't need me as a customer. I just wanted to buy a clean car. Also I never got the logbook despite contacting them. They sell well over the phone but don't deliver once you are on site.
