Perrys Aylesbury BYD were fantastic because of their willingness to listen and help me in getting this purchase over the line. Other BYD dealerships had been incredibly poor and frustrating but from the very get go Darren did everything to help me secure the car & put a great deal together for me. He then handed me over to his colleague David who was just as nice and professional and handled the car handover on the day. Both are a credit to their team & I would recommend them everyday of the week.

Everyone very friendly especially Humzah Naseem our salesperson. His attitude was just right, helpful, informative but not pushy. The only initial disappointment was the availability of parking which put us off going in to other manufacturer showrooms but this seemed to be a common issue and maybe just the time of month. We perserveered with the parking because there was a specific car we were interested in. We didn't take the Perrys servicing option or the service plan because it was our understanding the car had to be serviced directly with Toyota to maintain the warranty.
