Assistance from Motability specialists and Fleet and Business advisers is available at the Johnsons Cars dealerships. Their dealerships also offer an extensive range of manufacturer-approved Aftersales services including servicing, repairs, MOTs and parts which is carried out by manufacturer-trained technicians.

In addition to their dealerships, Johnsons Cars also operates as an authorized repairs specialist for SAAB in Coventry and an independent garage in Knowle which deals exclusively in Approved Used Cars.

After having confirmation that my car was ready and was just needing a valet. I could collect in a few days, i arrange a time and date with dealership. When i turned up to collect, they had no idea i was there to collect my car. No paperwork ready, neither had the car been valeted etc and not ready for me to take away. Although they did sort the paperwork and i did take my car away that day. It was not experience i have had there before previously. Collecting a new car (Although not new but new to me) should be exciting and had looked forward to it all day, even taking time out of work to collect for it to be a disappointment.

I highly recommend Johnsons Honda Milton Keynes as the customer service is excellent. The salesperson, Harry Mitten was professional, friendly and helpful. He listened to my requirements and suggested a car which was perfect for me. The buying process was great from start to finish. Harry was patient, answered all my questions and I never felt pressured at any point. The car and paperwork was ready when I went to collect it and everything had been carried out as promised.
