Hendy Group is a new and used dealership group which has been established since 1859, and now operates 25 sites across the South Coast including locations across Devon, Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, West Sussex and East Sussex. Hendy Group represent a number of brands including SEAT, Ford, Kia, Mazda, Honda, Ford Transit, Iveco, MG, Renault and Suzuki in new and used car and van sales. In addition to this, Hendy Group dealerships also offer an extensive range of manufacturer-approved Aftersales services including servicing, MOTs, repairs and parts. They also offer assistance with Motability, van or car leasing and finance, and fleet and business customers are welcome to discuss their options at the dealerships.

As well as their franchised dealerships, the Hendy Group also operate two Hendy Car Stores, based in Exeter and Portsmouth, which have a large stock of quality used vehicles.

Hendy BYD Christchurch were great. The unfortunate thing is when started the process to purchase vehicle through HPloan we had asked if the car could be fully valeted which was agreed. When collecting vehicle it hadn't been was still dog hair in back of car and dirty makes inside and out. But the manager come over and said to drive it for a few weeks then return and they would do a valet.

I was happy with the service at Hendy BYD Poole because Mr George Johnson-Jones was extremely helpful and very detailed in his explanations of the vehicle. He offered me a test drive straight away and went through everything as I was driving which not only hastened me to purchase but I was very grateful as to his unobtrusive sales patter that you normally receive. He allowed me to understand all the benefits of the BYD vehicle without any high pressure sales techniques and was gentle in his approach to the finance options and allowed me to purchase by my own means, as I had intended to do all along. Mr Johnson-Jones together with the whole team at Hendy BYD Poole appear to be in sync with each other and offer a service and helpfulness which to me appears to be quite faultless. I would recommend anyone looking into the PHEV/EV market to speak to Mr Johnson-Jones and avail yourselves of his calm, pleasing and informative manner.
