Scottish car dealer group which was established in 2006 with the acquisition of
Perth Vauxhall. Since then, it has grown to operate 19 dealerships across
Scotland including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Dalgety Bay, Motherwell, Perth,
Kirkcaldy, Glasgow and Dundee. Peter Vardy represents Porsche, Vauxhall, Land
Rover, Jaguar, MINI and BMW in new and used car and van models. In addition to
these franchises, Peter Vardy also operates 2 used car supermarket CarStores in
Glasgow and Dundee. An extensive range of Aftersales services services including
servicing, repairs, MOTs and parts are also available at the Peter Vardy dealerships.
Assistance with a range of schemes and
offers including Motability, company fleet and van or car leasing is also
available at their dealerships. Peter Vardy is an award winning dealer group with the Motherwell Vauxhall dealership winning the Vauxhall Customer Excellence Award for 2018 and the BMW dealership being name the 2017 BMW Dealer of the Year at the BMW UK Awards.

each time the experience has been faultless, the staff at the store are there for you, that also includes the reception staff, nothing seems to be a problem. We live on the West coast in Argyll and have no problems crossing the country to the East
coast because of their professionalism and friendliness. This time we purchased the car through David a week before the COVID-19 lockdown,we found the car, did the deal but the arranged collection date was due to fall inside the lockdown date, David went out of his way to bring the car to us a day before that date.
A big thank you to David for making it possible. We can't find any fault with the Perth garage at all and would highly recommend them to you all .

My experience at Peter Vardy Land Rover Aberdeen could have been better Dealership cancelled delivery of my new vehicle two days before delivery. They informed me they had sold the vehicle twice. This was the culmination of a thoroughly woeful unprofessional service from every touch point. A telephony service that cuts you off continually. Salesmen that are unable to carry out the basics of their role, examples as don’t return calls, send e mails rather than speak in person, unable to check if a car has been sold or not, get the price of the car wrong three time’s and e mail you saying the price has gone up. Take two days to come back to you with regards to a part ex price in which time vehicles are no longer available. Managers that take responsibility initially, offer to honour price originally set for the car, take admin fee off and send new car invoice. Deposit paid, private plate on part ex put on retention, arrangements for collection made. Same manager rings two days before collection of car costing over £50,000 pounds saying won’t be delivering car as it’s been sold twice. He G and his manger DT state sorry nothing they can do !! Whole episode cost me over £1000 more having to source a vehicle from another dealership. When asked for a goodwill gesture or a contribution to the additional cost based on the utter incompetence of the dealership. Answer a firm No. I find it really difficult to believe that this dealership saved its poor service just for me and call into question how it purports to have anything near a 5 star rating, something I heard numerous times whilst holding to get through to speaking to somebody. I strongly recommend giving this dealership a miss.
