I would not recommend Clive Brook Huddersfield because there was damage to the near side wheel arches that I wasn’t informed about prior to purchase and even after spotting it on handover I was ignored.

Paul could see my husband was struggling to walk round the huge area so went to find him a wheel chair and helped us into the building to Sam who searched the list of cars to find one or more that met our requirements. Henley Cars Ltd staff were good because my wife and I travelled a long way to view the car initially, we were made welcome and given coffee before viewing the car and taking it out for a test drive. The car was clearly in very sound condition mechanically and aesthetically, but there was some scuffing on the driver's side wheels (from kerbs) and I was told this would be sorted out before I collected the car - before I even had chance to mention it. I was given a good price for my car - an earlier version, same model, which I had kept in very good condition - and the price for the new one was good value for the particular car. Payment was made easily via on-line banking. On returning a week later, the car was immaculate and the wheels had been sorted as promised. The 150 mile drive home gave me the opportunity to put the car through its paces; I was definitely not disappointed. A month on, I am very pleased with my purchase and found Henley Cars to be very efficient and knowledgable, a pleasure to deal with.
