My experience at Hendy Lotus Eastleigh could have been better because The vehicle had some damage to the near side lower plastic trim , which was repaired but not to a great standard . I was promised that the vehicle would be prepared and paintwork buffed to a high standard but this was not done on collection , and during the handover I noticed that the offside mirror had been hit and was loose and not working . This fault was also evident on the vehicle control screen . This was fixed onsite but I do feel that more attention could have been payed to the vehicle presentation .

We were genuinely delighted with our experience at Hendy Performance - Garon, the salesman was fantastic to deal with, even though we dropped in with no notice.
He was knowledgeable, informative, very helpful, and not pushy in anyway. He kept us informed at every step of the journey and handed over the car in beautiful condition with all of the jobs and extras that we had agreed on, correct and done. Hendy Performance Exeter were great because the team are very friendly and disarming. They were very patient with me whilst I explored different finance options. I wasn't buying the most expensive car available, far from it in fact but the service felt authentic and that's rare these days in my experiance. Lotus Glasgow were great because both Gavin and Scott were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. I drove a long way to see the cars and they made making the decision of whether to buy and which car to buy very easy, especially Scott. It is a shame that Lotus Glasgow is such a long way for me (4 to 5hrs drive) as I would happily use them again and have the car serviced there if only they were closer.
