In many cases when going in to car dealerships the salesman tends to speak to my husband rather than me, even though I am buying the car, that didn't happen here which was extremely refreshing

I'd endorse Alexanders Teesside because from the moment I entered the showroom the service was impeccable. It was the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. I had never considered a Jeep previously, but absolutely love it. There is nothing I don't like about it. The styling is impressive and , unlike people's perception, the features and tarmac driving are comparable to other premium brand vehicles. Someone told me that you buy a jeep with your heart and it was so true for me, but you can definitely buy one with your head too. I'm a complete Jeep convert !!

The experience at Fords of Winsford was fantastic because both the sales manager, Paul, and our sales executive, Sam Keam, went out their way to help us. Paul could see my husband was struggling to walk round the huge area so went to find him a wheel chair and helped us into the building to Sam who searched the list of cars to find one or more that met our requirements. Without their help I am sure that we would have struggled to find my ‘new’ car.

Henley Cars Ltd staff were good because my wife and I travelled a long way to view the car initially, we were made welcome and given coffee before viewing the car and taking it out for a test drive. The car was clearly in very sound condition mechanically and aesthetically, but there was some scuffing on the driver's side wheels (from kerbs) and I was told this would be sorted out before I collected the car - before I even had chance to mention it. I was given a good price for my car - an earlier version, same model, which I had kept in very good condition - and the price for the new one was good value for the particular car. Payment was made easily via on-line banking. On returning a week later, the car was immaculate and the wheels had been sorted as promised. The 150 mile drive home gave me the opportunity to put the car through its paces; I was definitely not disappointed. A month on, I am very pleased with my purchase and found Henley Cars to be very efficient and knowledgable, a pleasure to deal with.
