Paul could see my husband was struggling to walk round the huge area so went to find him a wheel chair and helped us into the building to Sam who searched the list of cars to find one or more that met our requirements. Without their help I am sure that we would have struggled to find my ‘new’ car.

The experience at Hendy Vauxhall & Fiat Poole Used was good because We were just looking around and my wife just fell in love with a Peugeot 2008. So we looked for a salesperson so that we could have a better look at the car and found Jake. Jake was really helpful and honest about everything concerning the car he even pointed some marks which I had not noticed which has to be commended, I also believe this was his first used car that he was selling as he was on the new Carsales team before. Jake was awesome and and I hope this review gets passed down to him he is a asset to your company.

I'd suggest Johnsons Fiat Abarth Swindon to a friend because from the moment I arrived I was welcomed and offered a coffee. My requirements were discussed and I was shown the car. In a friendly and polite manner Rob talked about the car and offered a test drive. Once back in the office we discussed all options for extra care, servicing and finance, in an informative and friendly manner. A date was agreed for pick up and on that day the car was presented in a showroom condition. Since then Rob has been in contact to ensure my purchase was all it should have been. The experience at Johnsons Fiat Abarth Swindon was fantastic because the attitude and service provided by the salesman Paul Thomas. The only slight issue was some black valeting/enhancing product in the drivers footwell which stained my loight shoes, and took some cleaning off the pedals and sides of carpets. Nothing worth complaining about but something to watch when preparing cars. Impressed with the attention to detail and communications from Paul. Car bought for my daughter and she loves it.
