I had a great experience at Destination Triumph Dorset because the choice of bikes on offer but was a bit long winded trying to get things sorted and the pannier hadn't been locked onto the bike and came flying off into the path of my mate who purchased a brand new bike at the same time

My experience at Destination Triumph Dorset was delightful at the start and regular calls etc, but it soon took a turn for the worse. The sale rep wanted payment before seeing a used bike, didn’t offer a test ride and when the cover was lifted the front indicator was hanging off. A chap came from the back with a knife and tried to push it back?! Mental would have expected a dealership to at least follow the manual and unscrew the bolt and fairing re-position. Dealership overcharged and still haven’t refunded the amount due despite saying accounts would sort on the day.. then it gets worse, on the ride home I notice things might “not be right”. I ask to see the service history that evening and of course the appropriate pre-checks have not been completed.. management apologise but still no direct action , accountability or acceptable resolution. I have been waiting two weeks now from the dealership to actually reach one confidently (it seems I am having to chase them despite the issues)… I think one to avoid in my opinion, seems to not be as mature or professional as other triumph dealerships.

I was pleased with Destination Triumph Washington and would highly recommend them because there was no pressure to buy (phone calls from other places everyday) and any questions was answered quickly.

I'd suggest Destination Triumph Washington to a friend because . Excellent service from Marcus throughout the purchase, made buying a new motorbike a pleasure. Marcus worked hard to obtain the best part exchange value for my bike.

My experience at KTM Dorset was positive because they delivered an excellent service and couldn’t do enough to satisfy my requests

Triumph Solent were really helpful and I'd recommend them because it was hassle free and very knowledgeable.

Good customer service and knowledgeable staff. Dissatisfied with the amount of forms required and that you cannot pay for your motorcycle in store. Otherwise good experience.
