I would not recommend Bassetts Honda Bridgend because the car I travelled 400miles for had 4 error lights on the dash that still isn't sorted and I've had the car more than a month I believe this is because they couldn't claim warranty as a dealership/cost of the repair to make car fit for purpose!

My experience at Bassetts Honda Swansea could have been better because the tinted windows I had paid for had not been done when I collected the car, I phoned the dealership several times over the next few days to speak to the sales manager ( on the advice of the salesman who sold the car, who only worked Friday Saturday and Sunday, and therefore was not able to help ) on each occasion I was told that the sales manager had just nipped out, and he would phone back on his return, he never did.
After three days I returned to the dealership and had a refund of the £250 I had paid. I then arranged to have the windows tinted myself, worked out £70 cheaper.
To Bassets Honda Swansea, please don't reply thanking me for my feedback and ask me to contact you to resolve this issue, you've had the opportunity to help, and I don't want to waste anymore time trying to contact you.
