Vertu Volkswagen Harrogate were great because Nick Jones was clear and honest about the car's condition, providing us with a personalised video of the car showcasing how the car would meet our needs, before we made the hour long journey to Harrogate. Once in direct contact with Nick he facilitated a thorough inspection of the car and gave us the opportunity to do a lengthy test drive. Nick respected our decision making pace and didn't push to close the sale. The car was realistically priced and sales management were prepared to negotiate a deal with us. The sales process could be made more efficient if staff had a single sign-in system which held all sales documentation in one place.
