I'd recommend Vertu Vauxhall Hexham to a friend because I have always had a very good experience with staff there who have always been very helpful when I have had questions and they always explain when I not sure about this GS. Also I have bought 3 other cars through Hexham Vertu and have always dealt with Simon who has been helpful and talked everything through with me,in a way I understand before making a purchase . And have built up a good rapport.

Emilion at Vertu Vauxhall Hexham was excellent because he took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answered all my questions and patiently demonstrated the features of the car without putting pressure on me. I was anxious on the day of the test drive as buying a new car that I can drive easily is perhaps a more challenging task for me than average person, and I was recovering from a major operation. He went out of his way to put me at ease, and was also very friendly to my partner. We visited Vertu Vauxhall Hexham twice that week and each time we were made to feel very welcome. The manager was also helpful.
