The experience at Vertu Vauxhall Dunfermline was good because .
1. Sales - very good overall .
2. Hand over - very good overall.
3. Cleanliness stardard - very poor.(vac & wash with no detailing).
4. Reported 2 chips on window - dealer was quick to act with call out from repairer., unresolved issue at this present time and awaiting further contact. Basically 2 chips noticed on front window after leaving dealership.
Overall, my experience with this company was generally good and if they had just prepared vehicle to a higher standard for a 5month old vehicle ie: cleaned or replaced mats, noticed 2 chips on window, noticed rust on tracks, cleaned windows in detail as thick dirt lines on all windows (dirt hidden when windows closed). A detailed PDI im sure would have picked up on these minor issues apart from glass chips which is not a minor issue.
