I would not recommend Vertu Toyota Glasgow because I am writing to express my concern regarding the technical condition of the used Toyota vehicle I recently purchased from your dealership. When buying a used car from a main dealer, I expect that the vehicle will have undergone a thorough inspection prior to sale.
Unfortunately, I have discovered two significant issues:
The battery installed is not compatible with the start-stop system, which may affect the vehicle's performance and efficiency.
The engine oil level is well above the recommended maximum, which poses a risk of engine damage.
I would like to emphasize that the customer service and sales experience were excellent, and I appreciate the professionalism of your team. However, these technical concerns raise questions about the quality and thoroughness of the pre-sale inspection.

Vertu Toyota Glasgow were great because the payed back £100 and extra petrol, it was just a bad sale. It doesn’t make the garage bad.
