I'd recommend Vertu SKODA Chesterfield to a friend because you won't find better service and value for money anywhere. I've just bought my fourth Skoda from Chesterfield, I went back because I saw a lovely used Fabia that looked amazing and was perfect for my needs. I was able to see the same sales member who helped me buy my previous Skoda, so he already had all my details and gave us yet another fantastic deal. But here's the important bit: a couple of days after getting the car, the EPC and engine warning management lights appeared on the dashboard. No problems or quibble, the Chesterfield took back the car, and a second time because it happened again, but they were amazing at sorting it out for me, and now everything is perfect with the car, turns out it was a sensor in the air filtering system. This shows have great the aftercare service is. I went for 3 years main dealer warranty and 3 years AA full cover, plus 2 extra years servicing, so I have peace of mind for at least the next 3 years. The car looks great, drives great, and I've been looked after, what more could you want? Look no further!

The customer service experience is very good. A relaxed atmosphere without sales pressure. I was treated with respect and the sales team member made me feel as though he was interested in my needs and wishes. Andy was very good at his job.
