Vertu Renault Exeter were helpful because Will Beaven made it a truly good experience. He wasn't pushy and he listened well... He was very 'human' with us and gave us the best deal he could. Management checked in on us during the process, too, which was welcome. Offers of refreshment were also great, as the process of paperwork takes time.

Vertu Renault Exeter were helpful because they went out of their way to explain all the information clearly and were happy to answer any questions we had. The test drive was very helpful in helping to choose the Clio best for us. Aaron went out of his way to secure the car for us and when an administrative error occurred on pick up day he drove the car to our house. I would happily recommend Vertu to friends and family, it’s been a very positive experience.

I'd recommend Vertu Renault Exeter because there was no pressure selling. The sales person was very helpful and very knowledgeable. On hand to answer any questions and came across very polite and professional. Sales person was a young lady called Tilley. She had great people skills and made us feel very welcome.
