Gemma was lovely, very helpful and patient, consistently keeping me in the loop and making sure I wasn’t confused by anything. She didn’t pressure me into buying the car which was always a better sales tactic in my opinion as it makes the buyer feel in control rather than making a rash decision. The handover process was fairly seamless, so I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone if it came up in a conversation.
