Vrertu Renault Derby were fantastic because Rob the salesman was brilliant, Answered all my questions professionally, nothing was too much trouble, made me feel at ease so I was able to ask him many questions. Couldn't have wished for a better salesman.also a caring person. Didn't feel intimidated, as I was a lady buying on my own.He is certainly one to keep, Iam sure he will sell you many cars in the future. The manager was also helpful. A caring establishment.

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Renault Derby to friends and family because the price was good unless you want a part exchange price, as this was very low.

I would not recommend Vertu Renault Derby because thr salesman said he would contact me 3 days after collecting to make sure everything was ok, the day before I emailed to say I wouldn't be available till after 4pm, we he did contact me at just after 5pm he said I got your email how can I help? Which says to me he had no idea why he was ringing? However I played it down and said I was having issues regarding the my Renault app and the car not displaying a pairing code he told me to contact Renault mobilise as the previous owner may still be connected. So I did this was rubbished by them and had to show photos of thos and that which I did and 3 weeks on still no further on
