The experience at Vertu Nissan Bradford was good because the whole process from start to finish was smooth and professionally executed the staff were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and at no time were we put under any pressure to purchase anything at all. I dealt with a young man called John Daly who in my opinion went above and beyond to help and advise us.

I had purchased a car from Nissan Bradford which unfortunately had come up with an engine fault which led to the car requiring a new engine 3 days post collection. Andy and the team were great, they assured me that this wasn’t a common occurrence and made sure I wasn’t stuck without a car whilst the issue was being looked into. Andy then helped me choose a new car. Having watched other people have a tough time with faulty cars, I was expecting a difficult time but honestly, it was anything but. Despite the initial issue, Andy made sure that everything was resolved quickly and smoothly which took a lot of the stress off me, which I’m really grateful for. When it comes to customer service, this place is top notch
