Vertu Mazda Hamilton were great because despite the complications we encountered with the vehicle purchased, they were extremely helpful in the process of finding the problem and fixing it, and were all very reassuring that they would do their very best to help out. The salesperson I dealt with Primarily; Yoan was very helpful and thorough in the exchanging process, and made everything very clear and easy to understand, as well as take me through all the voluntary extras and explained them clearly. Overall a very pleasant experience minus the complications with the vehicle itself which were quickly amended.
