I paid nearly £1000 extra to have the black pack on my vehicle, not only did they not complete all parts needed for the black pack, changing to gloss black, but the items that were changed, were not fitted properly and are not flush, as they should be, they’re sticking out and look terrible. They will need to be redone.
They had put in an old model grill instead of the 2024 one, which should have been replaced gloss black.
This grill was meant to have been posted to me nearly two weeks ago, along with the charging lead which was also missing, so I have been unable to charge my vehicle at home, instead having to use public chargers.
When collecting the vehicle it was in the red on fuel and had 0 charge, thankfully there was a garage nearby to fill up and the car was dirty with sweet papers under the seats.
There was also a very bad cup mark on the dashboard which needs sorting, which I have hot to get done and send you the bill, so what should’ve been a lovely experience buying a £45k car has been nothing of the sort at all, in fact a very poor experience which had taken all the shine off buying the new car.

Great during the sales process but seriously lacking in the follow up on a couple of outstanding small items since the sale. The couple of items might be small but they should have been closed out within a week since collecting the car, despite asking them too.
