I'd definitely recommend Vertu Kia Edinburgh because they dealt with all of my questions patiently.
Specifically Scott in sales is very helpful.
However, it has been more than 2 weeks, i am still yet to receive V5C, other this minor inconvenience, I am more than happy to recommend vertu to anyone.

My experience at Vertu Kia Edinburgh could have been better because I was assured my car would be fully valeted due to a mix up on date of collection. Upon delivery of the car it had not been valeted and still had several marks/scratches over it. When I raised this as a concern I was contacted again to have the car fully valeted and returned. When the car was collected the second time a scratch was highlighted (which had previously been highlighted) and this was repaired. I was then handed the keys back and asked if I was satisfied. Upon opening the car to check it had been cleaned as it was said to be I was then told it had not been cleaned because the scratch was covered instead. I was also told this was the reason it couldn’t be washed. I was then assured if I took the car back to Vertu Kia Edinburgh I could have it valeted. As I am not local to Edinburgh, I will not be able to do this any time soon.

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Kia Edinburgh to friends and family because total experience was done on a professional basis . Salesman ( Tony Jackson ) was extremely knowledgeable , courteous and friendly Any post sale queries ( minor ) were promptly responded to and dealt with efficiently .
