I would not recommend Vertu Hyundai Silverlink because of poor after sales, were issues take a long time to resolve with a lot of promises of calls back that never happen

My experience at Vertu Hyundai Silverlink was positive because we were able to look around without showroom staff breathing down our necks (this is one of our pet hates and will normally have us making a fairly sharp exit). Although they were pottering they left you alone until they could see you were looking at a particular vehicle. They were extremely knowledgeable about the cars which was great but to us the main part is how they deal with the consumer and for that they were extremely polite and friendly. Nothing was a trouble to them at all. Our previous car although was not bought at the Silverlink it was purchased via the same group but at Morpeth and because we love the Hyundai brand and had used Silverlink for our previous car's service and MOT it was a no brainer to go back there. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
