I had a great experience at Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh East because the sales team were amazing Daniel was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and extremely professional throughout the process. During the process there was an issue with a bank transfer the sales manager Callum was really helpful and both he and Daniel went above and beyond to help me out which was really appreciated. Overall the customer service provided by all the who I met were extremely helpful and friendly. I received a call a few days later to to see how everything was and I brought to Daniel’s attention that the car was missing a tyre inflation kit a couple of days later a brand new one, as promised was delivered. Just excellent customer service. Daniel did a top class job Vertu are lucky to have such a conscious employee working for them.
