I'd recommend Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline to anyone because Jemma was very helpful and went about and beyond to help us get the car we wanted. She had to stay late both times we visited the dealership so we were very grateful for that.

Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline were great because they were polite, professional and clear on everything they wanted. The sales staff were open and honest about the finance available and were not pushy in offering it. I got a loan from my bank, and this didn't cause any issues.

My experience at Vertu Hyundai Dunfermline could have been better because I asked the sales person 3 times to send me details of service plans but she never did it. The car was not valeted before I picked it up the pedals still had mud on them and the boot was dirty and when I got home I found an ice lolly stixk in the back of the ca. I want my car taken back in and valeted properly there is also an issue with the wing mirror and cruise control
