My experience at Vertu Ford West Bromwich was positive because the salesperson will was great, showed me everything about the car I wanted. He was very helpful. 1 issue is that it was mentioned my car had front sensors but that spec actually doesn't, I was due a call from service but nothing as of yet, I'd like either abit of compensation or for them to be fitted.

I'd recommend Vertu Ford West Bromwich to a friend because the service was polite anf friendly and questions answered. The only negative is you need to get rid of those silly scan the bar code things which are frustrating and do not work at times. Just show the the price and mileage like everyone else does. Simple!
