I had a great experience at Vertu Ford Stoke because the staff (Jack who I dealt with) couldn't do enough to make the buying process as smooth as possible. Everytime I sent an email it was replied with promptly either by email or most of the time Jack would call me personally. Keep up the great work Jack and if in the future I buy again from you I would definitely ask for Jack again. Thanks again for a great buying process.
