The experience at Vertu Ford Stafford was good because there was a technical error so my car wasn’t delivered on the scheduled day. The manager Lee did every thing within his power to get the car to me at the soonest date possible and succeeded while keeping me fully informed the whole time.

Vertu Ford Stafford staff were good because they took time out of their day to help me on numerous phone calls, sent great videos of the car prior to arriving. And when there the women who took me through it all was very warm, welcoming and clear with every detail!

I dealt with both Kieron for my purchase . What a great guy very helpful and polite. He is a true asset to the business, he answered all my questions helped me with ever part of the process, he even offered to pick me up from the train station as I live 100 miles away .
